Rooms may be allocated in the main house or annexe. The annexe (Hawthorn House) is situated a short walk away along a quiet road opposite the main house. Check in/out and breakfast in main house.
Please note, no breakfast or services are provided from 23rd December 2011 to 2nd January 2012.

Terms and conditions

  • Bookings must be secured by credit/debit card.
  • Payment on departure (or on arrival if departing before 10.00 am).
  • 72 hours notice must be given for cancellations (2 weeks or longer for a group booking or if you are staying 4 days or more).
  • Cancellations or alterations to bookings must be provided in writing or via the website. Verbal cancellations or alterations will not be accepted.
  • Late cancellations and premature departures (regardless of reason) will be charged in full.
